Upon Westminster Bridge: William Wordsworth was the worshiper of nature and the leader of the Romantic Movement in English literature. He was born on 7th April 1770 at cocker mouth, Cumberland in the beautiful Lake District of Northern England. As a child He wandered happily through the lovely natural lands of Cumberland. The magnificent landscape deeply moved Wordsworth’s imagination. He lost his mother when he was 8 and 5 years later he also lost his father.

This City now doth, like a garment, wear
The beauty of the morning; silent, bare,
Ships, towers, domes, theatres, and temples lie
